I’m struggling to understand this post. Employers generally pay as little as they can in wages in order to spend the remaining money on other parts of the business. Employees try to earn as much money as they can. Depending on supply and demand, pay increases or decreases.

Who determines an employee’s fair value? How can this decision be enforced?
