I appreciate your honest exposé. I suppose for every Elizabeth Gilbert or Billy Collins there are the thousands of us laying pen to paper, trying to master the art of words. But I agree, Medium is a good junior varsity way to build skills for a larger audience, and its accountability helps keep it professional.
