I guess one Tomahawk/PGM whatever could be shot at the rail just a half mile ahead of the oncoming train and voila, a 300/kph example of Newton’s First Law of motion; Train stops, troops armor and supplies keep moving at speed until they stop. Sounds like a train wreck to me. Uyghurs don’t nee to be all that high tech. IED along rail line does the same thing….
