Use Case:
If you subscribed $10k worth of $BTC, while the total $BTC subscription is $500k, you will get $8.4k worth of $MSTAR (420M * 10k / 500k). The rest $1.6k $BTC will be refunded to your account.
Users can claim the refund token right after launching ends.
