The only products that will win the future are those that help customers get the job done better. Understanding where customers struggle today to execute the JTBD indicates what a particular product needs to do in the future to win in that market.
Then, I read Vitalik’s synopsis and summary — citing the fact that, “An attack has been found and exploited in the DAO, and the attacker is currently in the process of draining the ether contained in the DAO into a child DAO. The attack is a recursive calling vulnerability, where an attacker called the “split” function, and then calls the split function recursively inside of the split, thereby collecting ether many times over in a single transaction.” This hacked stole nearly $50 Million+ in stored ETH value. It’s only second to the original hacks on Bitcoin in 2013 and 2014.
