MetFi DAO is thrilled to announce that it has completed its investment in the free-to-play MMORPG game Big Time, co-founded by Ari Melich who previously co-founded Decentraland, a top 40 crypto project by market capitalization.
MetFi bought SPACE NFTs in various sizes and rarities. SPACE is the highest value and most sought-after NFT in the Big Time metaverse.
You can think of SPACE as an empty plot of virtual land inside the Big Time metaverse that MetFi can develop into its very own in-game metaverse, and/or rent to other parties for a fee.
More SPACE allows us to showcase more NFTs and SPACE can be connected to SPACE to unlock expanded features. The rarity of our SPACE determines the rarity of the NFTs produced by our Forges, Armories, and Time Wardens which are utility NFTs.
Players do not need to own SPACE to play the game but they need to access Forges and Armories that reside in SPACE to craft and upgrade cosmetic armor and weapon NFTs. Time Wardens are needed to craft, recharge, and upgrade hourglasses which are required by players if they want to earn in-game tokens.
MetFi owns a little under 2% of all SPACE that has been released to date.
Ruby Passes
MetFi NFT owners will soon be able to claim one Ruby Pass per MetFi account. Ruby Passes grants the owner Alpha access to the Big Time game so they can play the game and collect NFTs before its public release in 2023.
