Decentralized Gaming Platform MetaLine X Joins Chainlink BUILD
We’re excited to announce that MetaLine X is officially joining the Chainlink BUILD program. As a part of BUILD, we aim to accelerate ecosystem growth and long-term adoption of fully onchain gaming platforms by gaining enhanced access to Chainlink’s industry-leading oracle services and technical support, as well as incentivizing greater cryptoeconomic security, in exchange for a commitment to provide network fees and other benefits to the Chainlink community and service providers, including stakers. Our participation in BUILD provides the benefits of priority support from the Chainlink ecosystem and stronger incentive alignment between the Chainlink and MetaLine X communities.
We’re confident that through enhanced support, secure offchain services, and the backing of Chainlink’s vibrant community, we can accelerate awareness of MetaLine X and realize the adoption of decentralized, onchain gaming.
MetaLine X: Creating a Decentralized Gaming Platform
MetaLine X’s vision is to create a decentralized gaming platform that promotes the development of Web3 games by providing developers with comprehensive technical support, development incentives, and decentralized community governance.
To do so, MetaLine X provides a comprehensive, fully onchain web gaming platform built upon the core products of MetaLine X. Specifically, MetaLine X offers developers various technical services that make it easy for game developers to build on top of blockchain technology, such as a game engine, developer tools, software development kits (SDKs), and more.
Why We Joined Chainlink BUILD
MetaLine X joined BUILD to maximize the benefits of security and reliability that Chainlink’s oracle infrastructure provides. As part of BUILD, MetaLine X will receive key benefits, including access to and integration of secure and reliable price data feeds through Chainlink Price Feeds, verifiable randomness via Chainlink VRF, as well as access to new Chainlink product alpha and beta releases, among other benefits.
In exchange for these services, MetaLine X will make 3% of its native token supply available to Chainlink service providers, including stakers, over time. These mutually aligned economic incentives enable both communities to support one another.
