I like the 4 part breakdown you created for the ux design skill set.

I remember back in the day when designers were putting cute little bar graphs to their skill sets on their resume, kinda like you did here, and people were saying that all hiring managers saw was the small bars. In other words, it drew attention to what they were not good at. What do you think about this?
