Well put together, in general; I especially liked “4. Have Better Health Habits” about only having two drinks and waking up with a hangover, and getting up early to write and surf. Your next point (or reminder, to those of us who had already begun to notice and *try* to do something about it!), number 5 about “Stop buying ….” is so true, too. :-)
Could I suggest you check the numbering — was it just me who missed out on number 6? At the time of posting this comment, it jumps directly from ‘5’ to ‘7’.
