Seek out jobs with fast learning cycles

Let me rephrase you logic. Change jobs at regular intervals to fail faster. Startups are not all they appear to be, nor do they deliver on the promise of a better learning environment. It always depends on the people and their quality. Startups are a DIY experience, which doesn't suit the learning style of all roles, stages, journeys.
