Nice story-telling, but you totally lost me mid way though. What’s fiction, what’s real and what does this have to do with anything? We are walking around with PSTD of the heart, and it’s not pretty that we carry around this baggage, and while each relationship “cleanses us”, I’d prefer to read a poem by you than this. You depict a reality where people barely connect or know how to connect, and it’s a painful reality of our urban and transient life.
