The LinkedIn Pulse Twitter helps, and by following the human pulse editors. I don’t follow it religiously but it definatley does help. I got a ton of traffic in Dec when they were doing their #BigIdeas2016 theme around disruption. Most fun I’ve had writing in ages. Also if you bug the LinkedIn help or support people on Twitter for various things, they get to know you. As usual it’s sorta political and a PR thing. For instance, what San Francisco thinks of you, is sort of a big deal. Not that I know anything about that I’m up here in winterland in Montreal…
