The kids should get one of the big law firms to represent them. One that has experience at environmental damages law from the perspective of getting a polluter/client off the hook for polluting — and now has kids themselves. The government has one hell of a lawyer in Jeffrey Clark representing DOJ’s pro environmental degradation position and the petroleum groups always can get the smartest and nastiest lawyers and expert witnesses on the planet. They won’t be wearing kid gloves either. The emotional draw of kids will only go so far.
