I think you guys are on to something. If you can find a way to efficiently reach the market, given the terrible NPS of the competition, it should be easy to gobble up cheap market share.

You should check out You Move Me, Brian Scudamore’s moving franchise (http://www.youmoveme.com/ca/franchise *not an affiliate link, just pointing to a resource). It seems to have been started to solve a similar problem, and Brian has been known to say that he prefers “boring” industries.
