I honestly find it a waste of 2–9 minutes to read your work here on Medium.

I don’t really like your work. I didn’t even read it. I just scrolled and clicked the heart.

What sucks is that you might be right. You may be doing damage to the deep focus that your work really needs. But also, some of the best ideas can come from reading the work of others. Oh what a predicament we’re in.
