Huge Hail Storm slams the city of Red Deer in Alberta, Canada.

Hail to nearly the size of baseballs caused millions of dollars worth of damage in the city of Red Deer in Alberta Sunday afternoon, July 23, 2017.

A number of citizens captured the storm on video and posted some of the footage on social media. Here are just a couple of the post.

This year has been a particularly bad year for property and casualty Insurers in the U.S. as the spring and summer convective storm season has brought an estimated $15 billion in losses due to Hail alone so far, according to Hailpoint.com
