Hey Gang, here’s another bunch of Used Lenses for your consideration! I gotta admit that the Minolta Maxxum lensmount has had an interesting history in recent years. I was pretty sad when Minolta stopped making cameras, but then excited when I learned Sony was taking over the mount, then …of mixed feelings when the camera market started swinging towards mirrorless cameras and Maxxum lensmount was again left sort of homeless. That said though, Sony’s Alpha DSLRs ARE good cameras, and any of these Maxxum-mount lenses will fit and work with them. And, because Sony’s image-stabilization system is in-camera, you can still use slower shutter speeds and avoid camera-shake! And, OF COURSE, these lenses (most of them) will still do quite well with any Minolta Maxxum film SLRS! So, take a look and if you like what you see, give us a holler! We’re quite happy to take phone-orders in the United States — 262–782–4303.

For crop-sensor DSLRs, here’s a Sigma 18–250mm lens for $275, and a Sony 18–55mm lens for $80.

And here’s a whole lot of standard zooms that can be used on any Sony Alpha DSLR or Minolta Maxxum film SLR…from the top left… Tamron 24–70mm $85, Tokina 28–70/2.8–4.5 $45, Minolta MAXXUM 28–105mm $25, Tamron MAXXUM 28–105mm, $40, Minolta Sony AF 28–100mm $40, Minolta MAXXUM 28–85mm $25, Minolta Maxxum 35–70mm/4 $40, and Minolta Maxxum 35–105mm/3.5–4, $40.

And then, moving into telephoto lenses….we’ve got…SONY DT 55–200/4–5.6 $80, SONY DT 55–200/4–5.6 $80, Minolta Maxxum 70–210mm/ 3.5–4.5 $75, SONY 75–300mm $110, Kalimar 70–210/f3.9 MINOLTA MAXXUM $25, Tamron MAXXUM 70–210mm $45, Sigma MAXXUM 75–300 $60, Sigma MAXXUM 70–300mm $50.

And, finally, we’ve got one nice prime lens in the Minolta Maxxum mount — a Tamron 90mm/2.8 Macro lens for $325! As ever, if you’re interested in any of these lenses, feel free to stop in our store at Mike Crivello’s Cameras at 18110 W. Bluemound Road, Brookfield, WI 53045
