The article is well written but I disagree with your conclusion. It is ponzi-pyramid-scheme-like because the reward pool is 100% reliant upon new sales. They're simply moving the liquidity from new user to reward older users. This is not a sustainable model as there's no external verticals to sustain this protocol. Projects like these are now scrambling to add utility and verticals after-the-fact to make it sustainable. But it's already too late.
