Democrats Organize Sit-In to Protest Your Constitutional Rights

It’s amazing how fewer and fewer people understand the constitution or their rights under it. With that in mind it’s equally that lack or knowledge is happening in an age where information is more available then ever before. Because of this, the Democrats have been able to gain some support to strip the American people of their rights guaranteed by the constitution.

It’s not just the 2nd amendment that is being attack, but now it’s your 5th amendment right to due process as the Democrats are arguing that you should now be guilty until you can prove your innocent. This may be more understandable if the actions the Democrats are wanting to take had anything to do with the situations surrounding terrorist mass shootings. While Democrats are chanting “No Fly, No Buy” to build support to take away your rights, let me ask this one question.

CAN YOU ACTUALLY NAME A MASS SHOOTER THAT PURCHASED THEIR GUN WHILE ON THE NO FLY LIST?

While you may want to state that makes no difference, the fact they are on the list, we need to take this action to stop the possibility that they could. The problem though is that the no fly list being able to deny you your rights violates the 5th amendment. That’s the truth. It the right that you can not be denied your right to due process that is so important.

Before you start attempting to make up a scenario to justify that the 5th amendment should not apply, I would point out that if there was any actual evidence of wrong doing, they would not be on a list, they would be behind bars. Not only that, but this no fly list is so inaccurate that sitting members of Congress and the Senate have been placed on that list and even they had an almost impossible time getting their names off of it.

The Actions that have been taken to protest the 2nd and 5th amendment rights of American’s were so far left field that even Nancy Polosi had to attempt to downplay it calling them just a handful of people and slipped up calling them the Democrats version of the tea party. Which to a Democrats is something they consider to be a major insult.

Why do we have a 2nd amendment right?

The 2nd amendment has multiple purposes to it and no, it’s not about hunting rights. 1st is that it’s their for national security. When the country first started, the founding fathers were worried that if another nation were to invade, they would not have the ability to raise and arm and army to defend the United States. The idea was to give the people the ability to arm themselves and if the need came, could just quickly grab their guns and join the fight against any invading force.

Secondly, the 2nd amendment was designed so the people who have the same fire power as the Government. The founding fathers were distrustful of Government and believed that the nature of Government was to seek power and oppress the people. That regardless of what was written, if the people didn’t have the ability to defend and fight back should future leaders become tyrannical, then no other part of the Constitution would survive long term. And this was just for the individual, it was for the states to defend themselves from the Government as well.

Gun control it self is an unconstitutional concept. But I will admit, the founding fathers could not have imagined the types of weapons we have today.

The idea of gun control maybe more tolerable if the Democrats like Rep. Jerrold Nadler were not making statements that either show they have never read the constitution or they despise it. Only Democrat Congressman talk about how it bothers him when people say the constitution is a limit on the Government and calls it a historical inaccuracy. According to this Congressman, the constitution was designed for an all powerful central Government and is a limit on individual rights.

This statement explains the problem of the Democrat party and their mindset. It explains how the Government has come to operates as it does and why it raises taxes to spend on things that are blatantly illegal for the Government to be involved in. Maybe if the Democrats had read the constitution or wasn’t so obviously attempting to erase it, gun control might be more acceptable to the people.

It’s ironic though that the people leading the gun control issues were once people who stood to fight for your rights, then after getting into office, people like John Lewis spend their time trying to take your rights away using the same tactics used in the civil rights movement or they now advocate for the vary things they once stood against. It’s sad really.

The vary inconvenient facts for Democrats is this. In the places where there is strict gun control laws, places where locally, they have the laws that Democrats are wanting to push nationally, are the places with the highest gun violence in the nation. Places like Chicago. So here is a thought, if an action has already proven to fail locally, lets not force it nationally. Also, gun violence has plummeted nationally as gun sales have increased. That’s right, in the last 20 years, after assault weapons ban was lifted and gun sales increased, gun violence has dropped to less than half of what it was back in the early to mid 90’s.

I know that may come as a shock to liberals as it goes against everything they want to believe, but it’s the truth. If it wasn’t for cities like Chicago where gun control laws are strict, the national rate would drop even further. Democrats can’t stand that there is mass gun violence where there is strict control laws and less violence where guns are easier to come by.

All of this conversation has gone on so that Democrats don’t have to talk about terrorism where according to the CIA, ISIS has only continued to get stronger and the reach of influence wider, because Democrats don’t care about your safety and they don’t want to offend potential voters or future voters even if they do chant death to America. Lets face it, if it meant getting votes, they would sell out their own moms to do so (in many cases they may as well have).

With these action, it has become undeniable as to the fact that Democrats can’t be trusted with being in charge of the Government ever again and that many of them have committed treason to the vary thing they to an oath to protect.
