Hillary Clinton Deemed Above The Law

In one of the most outrageous display of Government corruptions, the FBI states they do not recommend that no charges be made against Hillary Clinton. Had she been innocent of the crimes she was accused of, that would have been one thing, however, FBI director James Comey went through the list of allegations made against Hillary Clinton and confirmed she was guilty of every last one of them.

To justify not recommending charges against Mrs. Clinton, Comey re-wrote the statute of the law during his statements. The law was clear, if Classified information was mishandled through negligence, that is a crime that could be punishable by a fine, up to 10 years in prison or both. Clinton is so far above the law, that she could not even be fined despite a slam dunk case against her where the evidence was undisputable.

In a display of hypocrisy, Comey made clear that if anybody else does what Clinton did, they would be charged. What’s worse is that when they attempt to justify no bringing charges, the FBI and others mention that the case is different from the other cases in which people were changes and found guilty for their mishandling of classified information. One noticeable difference that is not discussed is that the the sheer number of times Hillary Clinton violated the law far exceeds anybody else who had been found guilty.

Here is where I find this to be most corrupt. There was not even an attempt to hide the corruption of the investigation. Yes, due to all the illegal, corrupt actions President Obama and the Democrats have gotten away with in recent years has made them more bold in openly being corrupt.

Here is how openly corrupt this was. While in ongoing investigation was being conducted, President Obama openly endorses Hillary Clinton for President despite the investigation and a long tradition of Presidents not endorsing candidates. President Obama starts scheduling campaign events with Clinton. Bill Clinton has a meeting with the Attorney General while the investigation is pending, a meeting with the person whose staff would have to prosecute the case if charges are brought. Hours after the FBI announces no charges, Clinton boards Air Force One with President Obama for a campaign event.

On Capital Hill, every question asked of FBI Director James Comey was answered basically with Hillary Clinton lied. Then when asked is Hillary Clinton lied under oath, Comey admitted they didn’t even investigate. What’s notable about this hearing is that Comey made clear many times that in frequent conversation with the Attorney Generals office (the same office headed by the same person Bill Clinton met with) clear that they did not want to seek charges against Hillary Clinton.

Just as interesting is that if elected, Hillary Clinton would determine if the Attorney General retains her job or is replaced? Conflict of interest anyone? There should have been a special prosecutor appointed whose job is not at the discretion of the President

Now the questions for the rest of us is this. Are you going to put up with this level of corruptions? Are you going to re-ward Hillary once again for yet another crime? If Hillary can’t even get through the election without a scandal and complete abuse of the law, what will she be like in office?
