Anything is better than nothing

Hard times don’t create heroes. It is during the hard times when the ‘hero’ within us is revealed. — Bod Riley

Keep on moving, is the name of the fitness game. Even when your quads are stiff and sore from all the squad repetitions. When your out of breath and coughing — move your body.

An extra burpee, no matter how slow, can shred a number of calories.

There is no super-hero, save yourself

Get up from the filthy floor and dust off the dirt from your clothes. Adjust the uncomfortable fit of your workout pants, fix your shirt and sip on your bottle of water. Do what you have to do.

As Morihehi Ueshiba says,

The purpose of training is to tighten up the slack, toughen the body, and polish the spirit.

Just as long you don’t give in to shortness of breath, and tiredness. Get back into the the game. Work on yourself. There ain’t no superman waiting around the corner. No. No. No.

Only you and your will power. Period.

How far are you willing to go?
