Summer Challenge Day 2

Avocado deviled eggs

In the fridge:

eggs, 1 quart of red onion, avocado

In the pantry:

red wine vinegar, olive oil, paprika

The cook:

1. Hard boil 1 egg to each serve.

2. Cool and cut eggs neatly in half, take out yolks.

3. Blend all yolks, avocado, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, onion to taste, salt and pepper

4. Fill egg holes. Sprinkle paprika.
