There are words that I would rather keep to myself than tell to others. And it’s where my journaling began.

I would rather write my thoughts, emotions, and days than share them with other people. I rarely talk to others, not even friends and family.

I’ve been writing a journal daily since 2022, both in digital and physical form.

My journal is my companion; it helps me overcome challenges and grow. It is the one that lights up my world.

It is my companion on my healing journey. It’s where I share the things I can’t say to anyone.

I experienced the lowest point in my life. I was lost and mentally exhausted. Writing a journal is a big contribution to my healing journey.

Why do I love writing in a journal?

  • I can freely write down everything without judgment.
  • I can write down the things I can’t say.
  • I can freely express myself without hurting others with my words.
  • It helps me clear my mind and make better decisions.

How did journaling help me in my healing process?

My journal helped me overcome challenges in my life. All the ups and downs of my life are written in my journal.

My journal is my peace.

This is another month, another start, and another day to improve yourself by 1% each day.

Write a journal — one page per day. You won’t regret it.

Start a 100-Day Journal Challenge with prompts before 2024 ends. Start today and see the difference in just 100 days.
