Thanks for reading. To be honest, I do enjoy some of Starbucks’ light roast varietals (we serve their coffee exclusive at our office). I also enjoy a blonde vanilla latte once in a while. I know — milk with coffee!
I would add that I deeply appreciate local roasters and the nuances achieved with good quality beans. I try to enjoy a cup from Demelo or Detour beans (nothing beats a juicy Kenyan).
Once you’ve tried some light-medium roasts after only drinking medium-dark roasts (burnt, basically), it’s hard to go back.
