Your “stop fracking worrying about it” as a response isn’t smart nor realistic.

As a transgender woman who is directly impacted by these various false narratives (the two most popular being the “trans predator” and the predator who will “pretend to be trans”), I will say with absolute certainty that “stop worrying about it” is absolutely a realistic solution considering the thing they’re worrying about barely ever happens in reality.

Prior to the invention of a solution in search of a problem (bathroom bills) us transgender people used the restrooms of our choice without issue and without political protest from any side since perhaps the creation of the public restroom.

So, when there wasn’t a problem before and there isn’t now, why do I have to fear for my life on a daily basis and be degraded because some people fear an invented problem?
