How do we know if a name is eligible to be recycled for use with name changing? I’ve been wanting a specific name for a while and I’ve never seen any activity on the page and it just says, “Sorry. Unless you’ve got a time machine, that content is unavailable.” It’s been said that banned names will not be recycled, how do we know if a user has been banned?
