Another Lethal Leg Workout

Focusing a lot on stabilization

  • Quad extension (3x50)
  • Hamstring curl (3x15)
  • Leg press (5x10) HEAVY
  • Single Leg — Leg press (3x15)
  • Single leg DB Lunge (3x16)
  • Seated calf machine (4x12)

*Reason for not squatting, I personally have an injured hip. If you do as well, try front squatting, it takes a lot of the hip action out of it. If not, then you can replace or substitute with something else. Hack squat, smith machine, etc.
