This also allows you to get a lot more done in a much shorter amount of time as far as workouts go. Super sets also keep your heart rate up which allows for cardiovascular heath in addition to resistance training.


If someone is in a hurry and only has a short amount of time to lift, super sets are the best way to get a lot done in a short amount of time.


Volume and time under tension are key Components to gain muscle and are very effective in that manner. Super sets will help with all of this.
