Why it’s hard to report “the truth”

I think there’s a problem with lots of people believing in conspiracy theories based on their political background which have always been around and not too many people take them all that seriously (JFK was killed by the CIA for example). Truth and media narrative are a bit different. I think that a media narrative slanted towards one political viewpoint can happen due to confirmation bias and having newsrooms filled with ideologically similar reporters/columnists/editors. My suggestion is that we ask for transparency, we ask for the numbers surrounding diversity of thought, here’s an interesting take on that issue:
