Isn’t any fault insurance the cheapest protection possible.?

I don’t get it my men insurance professional told him no-fault could be the amount of cash paid towards the insurerer that he got me no fault but when I search it upon the Internet they declare it is not cheap. Can somebody tell me if no fault is cheaper than accident, detailed, or even the other forms of insurance policy. Additionally I live-in Michigan if some of that matters and that I’m 19.
