Today’s corporate culture is brewing with transactional individuals. Humans that are motivated by what satisfy their most basic need, which is money. This money is only needed to feed an insatiable appetite that tells us we need to consume and purchase the next new trinket to find happiness. Their psychological damage and insecurities drive businesses to strive to find a way to keep employees happy not knowing that it’s impossible. The flip side of this pandemic is organizations simply deem humans as cogs in wheels that are replaceable or the cause of the companies’ inability to drive income/revenue for share holders, investors etc. What’s created is a huge individualistic, me, me, me culture. Employees and Organizations have massive deteriorated core values. This bleeds into how we interact or think of our clients. If our clients aren’t buying, that makes everyone desperate. This in turn drives some of the most damaging, desperate behavior anyone could witness. Net result is a cyclical, constant, diminishing return on investment …..
