Cize by Beachbody…it’s a program designed by Shawn T who created the Insanity workouts. You basically learn a full dance routine and then bust it out. I think that the way my gym does it, is you learn it once (at the quarterly kickoffs) and then “perform” it at all the rest of the classes.

I’m hoping to start doubling-down on works outs (two classes back to back 3 days a week) before I start working with a trainer so I can get back to running (err…jogging more likely) this summer.
