At Mondo Taco, we are always searching for new flavors and creating new tacos inspired by cuisines from across the globe. Because our menu changes with the addition of each new international taco, the goal of our “Taco of the Month” is to highlight both our new and old taco stars. Inspiration Of the Taco
A taco of Olympic proportions, the Brazilian-style Rio Gold is inspired by the 2016 Summer Olympics and our eternal quest to present you with an expansive mixture of global flavors served on our signature homemade tortillas.
