I passed through this situation before..and I’m not totally out of it. A good book is “Emotional Intelligence 2.0”. It can be very helpful. I really loved the article.
I also agree with you about the negative self talk. I’m myself’s worst enemy. However, it’s great to be myself’s best friend.
The part I liked most about the article is the solution . It is that we always have a choice. We choose the version we want of ourselves.
