Yes, this is me — happy and productive, always with the same smile on my face from day one to… well, I’ve lost count of how many days it’s been since I became a PM.
Don’t worry, the story isn’t behind a paywall — you can read all about me right here. I’m not well-known enough to have my own Wikipedia page yet, so welcome to this ‘poor man’s Wiki.

Hello, Medium readers! I’m Jayendra More, a seasoned Product Manager with over seven years of experience, primarily at PlayerzPot Media Pvt. Ltd., where I’ve been instrumental in shaping products in the real money gaming sector. My journey began in the telecommunications sector with Reliance Jio, but my heart found its calling in the dynamic world of gaming and sports.
Educationally, I’m an Electronics and Telecommunication engineer from Mumbai University and a proud alumnus of Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, where I pursued my postgraduate studies in Product Management.
I’ve worked on various aspects of the product. Whether it’s managing the social media side, handling customer support by directly answering users’ calls, stepping in to enter data for matches and fantasy gaming, or even doing my fair share of coding at PlayerzPot. My primary focus has always been on the product side of the application. From growing the platform from 200,000 users to over 1.5 million, the journey has been filled with its own ups and downs and plenty of adventure. Being part of a start-up has allowed me to understand every corner of the product. When every feature, every third-party integration, and every bit of data goes through you, it’s an incredible learning experience. I consider myself fortunate to have gained this knowledge and to have worked at the start-up.
I helped the company build its first product from scratch within three months and successfully delivered the application to users. During my time at PlayerzPot, I’ve contributed to establishing the company with various features that have now become industry standards, adopted by nearly every other fantasy gaming company. I’ve also played a key role in increasing user engagement and revenue through enhanced user acquisition and deposit strategies, making a noticeable impact.

During my time at PlayerzPot, I worked on two products. The first was PlayerzPot itself, a real money gaming application centered around fantasy sports and games. The second was a news platform called Sports Rapid, which included chat and video streaming options. Unfortunately, Sports Rapid is no longer operational, but PlayerzPot continues to thrive.

When I’m not working, you can find me cheering for my favorite football team, Manchester United, on weekends. I’ve recently developed a liking for Formula 1, where I support Max Verstappen and the Red Bull team, though I can’t explain exactly why. I’m also into books and enjoy reading across various genres whenever I get the chance.
