Be who you are not say who you are

The right thing to do is be more of who you are that way people will know who you are. I’ll start with programmers I believe that If programmers spent more time developing themselves by building projects, completing projects, being active in a community, consistently updating themselves on the ever evolving world of tech they would make more progress with programming. Most programmers are more enthusiastic about telling people they code than showing people their completed projects which to me is very unfortunate.

Moreover this applies to people in every trade of life be it graphics design, fashion design, events planning, engineering, writing, philanthropy etc. As a philanthropist say you contributed to the wellbeing of a community not tell us in your instagram bio that you are a philanthropist, as a graphics designer display your works on the gram not tell your friends that you are into graphics design, as a fashion designer look classic so people can believe you when you tell them you sell nice clothes…

Finally I’m just saying if you want to fulfill that dream of who you want to be then be more of who you are than who you say you are.

If you learnt something new please clap so others can see it and also learn from it.
