Some day you should do an expose on just Cruise Critic; message boards that used to have valuable information, with active users populating the boards every few seconds.

Till they started heavily moderating it, and ACTUALLY DELETING posts that showed a line in a bad light from a less than stellar experience.

The boards would correct themselves with people coming and supplying personal experience, but suddenly, bad stuff started being removed, entire threads deleted, and users banned. There was no longer a need to correct. Suddenly, everything was smelling like roses

They have done such bad self infliction, that many other sites, including Facebook groups, have suddenly sprung up.

I would love this to be fully exposed.
