Simply stop chasing ideas & activities

This moment is temporary. These lives are temporary. It continually flies by.

The practice is quieting our thinking, and listening again.

Focus your unbroken awareness on your body.

When thinking swarms in, we interrupt it gently and then go back to listening with a focused mind to our bodies.

Long, slow, quiet, clearing, settling breaths.
