Most reasonable customer critique I’ve ever read. Sad to to see Apple falling into our national “profits are king” trap. Investors are not interested in building strength, just in maximizing profits. This results in hollow companies competing on cost savings. Many, like airlines, and telecoms seem to hate customers, as they shave every nickel to please investors. Apple rose from its own ashes by innovation and delighting its customers, becoming the world’s largest company. Regrettably it now seems to stay there by shaving nickels. A sad and ultimately destructive strategy.
