How To Rob An Airbnb
Aron Szanto

Clearly an article written for click baiting. Facts not taken into account:

  • Population density (the highest, the most difficult, algorithm and article clearly are obsolete in this case)
  • Type of rent of the house (whole apartment or private/shared room)
  • Assumption that hosts will leave valuable items in house
  • Assumption that voters details are up to date
  • Assumption that the host managing the Airbnb listing is the same person that lives in the house

Too many assumptions, too small sample size to claim that 1.2m houses are at risk, too many clicks…

A single golf clap? Or a long standing ovation?
