I recently stopped counting calories and looking up caloric, fat, carb contents on food packaging. I have resumed my consumption of bread and I have an occasional unhealthy snack. My weight loss has not suffered. I have maintained my target of losing one 1kg a day without the worry of satiating my cravings and a healthy workout routine. Eating healthy is not as difficult as you may imagine, eating healthy requires dutiful consciousness and adherence to set goals and objectives- so you can eat wrong and still be healthy as long as you understand consequences and compensate for your actions. It’s all in how much you are willing to make things work for you.
