The Beyond Burger Falafel - Recipe By MsVegan.com

When you combine the traditional Falafel mix with a Beyond Meat Burger patty…..magic happens! There is just so much flavor going on here!!

Ingredients:

1 15oz can of garbanzo beans, drained

1 handful of parsley

½ onion chopped

1 tbl chopped garlic

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp garlic salt

Pinch of pepper

¼ cup flour

1 package of Beyond Meat Beyond Burgers

Oil for frying

Directions:

Combine the first 7 ingredients into a food processor

Blend until paste is formed

Remove and place into mixing bowl

Stir in your flour

Mix

Add in your beyond burgers

Mix well

Refrigerate for roughly 30 minutes

Heat your oil in frying pan

Take a handful and pat down to burger size

Place into hot oil, pat down if rounded with the back of spoon or spatula

Cook on each side for 2–3 minutes until browned and crispy

Remove and repeat!

Now get creative and make a delicious pita sandwich!

Below I made mine with some greens, pickled turnips, cucumbers and Tahini dressing:

Combine the following and allow to chill for 30 minutes before using:

2 rounded tbls of tahini

1/4 cup FYH sour cream

2 tbl of vegenaise

Dash of Garlic salt

Dash of Garlic pepper

1 tbl white wine vinegar

1 tsp lemon juice
