In a free market economy, the wallet will speak, as has been proven time and again. If you’ve read the entire thread, you see there are many instances and examples given already. Why haven’t you responded to any of those questions instead of putting out yet another scenario? Is it fair to deny service based upon political ideology? Businesses have denied service to Trump supporters. Islam is a political Theocracy ideology. Is it okay to refuse service to anarchists or communists or any other ideology? A business will live or die based upon their customers, if they choose to exclude doing busines with any group for any reason, that is their right in a free market. Those groups would be better served speaking with their wallets rather than the courts, because businesses with enough exclusions won’t survive anyway. Using the courts and the government for strong arm bullying tactics only creates more resentment of the group in question, so they did not serve their cause positively at all.
