After spending $2 million in consulting fees, Rutgers University presented their new physical master plan to the school’s board of governors. It included new infrastructure like a dining hall, student center, boardwalk, and foot bridge over the Raritan River, reported NJ Advance’s Adam Clark. “This place has become so exciting,” Board of Governors Vice Chair Kenneth Schmidt said of the university.
