A Marketer’s Proven Formula for Business Success | Day #1
Hola, chicos!
It’s me again
I started making money on this thing called the Internet about a decade ago
Learned many lessons the hard way.
Now, here I am, ten years later, sharing my journey with you.
One thing I’ve figured out? If you write consistently for 90 days, you can transform your business — no matter what industry you’re in.
So I decided to put this into practice for my new business which I’ll tell you about in a bit
Good thing is
Today marks Day #1 of my writing journey.
Every day, I’ll drop a nugget of wisdom about life, business, or whatever I’ve picked up from courses, mentors, or my own experiences.
This lesson may not help you right away
However, it will someday
Here’s the lesson
People are often hesitant to ask questions about your product or service. Why?
It all boils down to one thing
Salespeople
They think of getting calls, and messages and being interrupted by the salesman convincing them to buy the product.
So they move on and do not make contact
If you want to boost your sales, you’ve got to tackle objections head-on.
Write down the questions your potential buyers might have and answer them directly on your product pages or blog. Show them why your product or service is worth it.
Addressing these objections effectively will stop customers from second-guessing, doing more research, or abandoning their purchase altogether.
After launching my new business Konversions Pro it’s my priority to ask my client questions and answer them so that future buyers feel confident in making the decision.
The lesson I just shared with you? It could completely change your business.
Here are practical steps to take action
Step #1
Make a list of the top 5–10 clients in your business who loved your service or product.
Step #2
Reach out to them and offer them a gift card, or some other value for 10 minutes of their time.
Step #3
Ask the following questions in the meeting.
How did you find my business?
What questions did you have before deciding to buy our service or product?
Were there any concerns or hesitations you had before making the purchase?
Which features or aspects of our service/product were most appealing to you?
Is there anything we could have done to improve your purchase decision process?
Would you recommend our service/product to others, and if so, why?
By getting these insights, you’ll know exactly what makes your business tick from your customer’s perspective.
And the best part? You can turn this feedback into content for your social media and blog.
