The Home Office Quandary
Nicola Davison

I work three half days a week at my fathers office but I am also writing my first novel from home. I have a seven month old son and sometimes it is impossible to get anything done. Luckily my husband or my mum can sometimes watch him for an hour or two while I get some writing done. I also find when I sit down to write at home I can’t stop noticing all the little jobs in the house that need doing. It is a very delicate balance and easy to feel like we are not doing well enough.
