There are some flaws. Let me name the ones that are stick in my mind:

First, this article looks to Europe and USA history of privacy. What about the other communities which we know how their homes are built to insure privacy and split rooms for thousands years.

Second, most people will surely prefer money in exchange of their privacy. Especially people’s ignorance of what these companies are invading and that the companies are not asking for just 1 or 2 dollars.

Thirdly, health is surely prioritize over privacy, so it should not be mixed with the subject here.
