Never hesitate to ask for feedback after an interview.

The hiring manager may not choose to provide feedback but if they do — you can benefit from whatever you learn. One of my clients, Lona, was rejected after 4 interviews with a potential company. Lona called the HR manager and asked for feedback. Although the feedback was painful to hear, Lona used it to improve her interview skills and now she has a brand new position in a company of her choosing! Remember, feedback is a gift. A gift that can help you get the job of your dreams!
