What is LoLo (Local Loyalty)?

In a nutshell LoLo gives independent, local businesses more market control to draw locals back to the high street and support the wider local community.

Why LoLo?

There are so many loyalty programs on the high street but very few deliver the real rewards that people love. LoLo provides loyalty tokens to customers via a free-to-download app, rewarding them properly for supporting local businesses: and the more they spend locally the more rewards they earn to spend locally.

Who will make it work?

LoLo draws its strength from being a national community that executes at a local level. Every high street, town, city region or village can have a Local Loyalty Leader who is drawn from the local community and engaged by LoLo. Their role will be to help local business and local people get the most out of the LoLo loyalty platform.

Together the Local Loyalty Leader and local businesses can get the UK high streets and local communities buzzing again.

Why is it important to shop locally?

Local money helps create and protect local jobs. Local wages are spent locally supporting local families. Local businesses pay business rates and taxes. Money spent online sadly leaves the local economy and provides little to no local benefit.

Our target is to redirect to local businesses an extra £1 out of every £10 that people spend. This would transform the fortunes of local communities through the multiplier effect of increased turnover and profit for local businesses, providing them with increased opportunities to offer employment, carry out affordable refurbishment or expansion of premises, upgrade technology, and increase involvement with local issues and good causes.

Strong local economies help create and maintain vibrant local communities and strengthen civic pride.

What are the costs to join LoLo?

The good news is that LoLo is free to join, there are no monthly charges and the contract period is month to month. LoLo only charges the business 3% of sales processed via the platform.
