Submit URLs to Google index from the search results page
Here is a great chance to submit your newly published blog or specific page for the fastest index updating.
Google has a new feature built into it’s Search page that now includes an easy-to-access URL submission form. You don’t need an account.
Search Google for ‘Submit URL to Google’ or something similar and you will get a new form box at the top of the results page. This form box allows you to input a “new” site for Google to index. Check the new reCAPTHCA box that doesn’t require any typing to prove “I’m not a robot”.
Click the image below to see a Youtube video showing exactly how this works.
Bear in mind that just because you’ve submitted your site doesn’t mean it will instantly show up in search result.
Googles Disclaimer : “Google adds new sites to our index, and updates existing ones, every time we crawl the web. If you have a new URL, tell us about it here. We don’t add all submitted URLs to our index, and we can’t make predictions or guarantees about when or if submitted URLs will appear in our index.””
After you submit the URL, Google responds with “Page may not immediately rank high in Search results, but can improve over time. Monitor your site’s search traffic in Search Console.” You can then submit a new URL. Enter as many as you want.
Doing this is a real way to get your page higher in search results pages. Just make sure that you have great Content on the page you are telling the world about.
